The Departmental Personnel Committee shall consist of six members. The voting membership shall consist of three tenured faculty members and one non-tenured faculty member. Two members shall serve as alternates. Alternates may not vote, except in the absence of voting members, but shall participate fully in the discussions of the committee. There will be one tenured alternate and one non-tenured alternate. Terms of all Departmental Personnel Committee members shall be one year, and each member shall be eligible for re-election to two subsequent terms.
